If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will exclude original delivery charges and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Defective items will be replaced with the same product in the same size or variant.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted for items returned in new, unused condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, we will take the following steps:

  • Refund the purchase price.
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Examples of faulty items include, but are not limited to:

  • Unraveled seams.
  • Holes or defects present prior to use.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized Products: Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective).

Important Notes

  • Changes to delivery addresses or product variants cannot be accommodated once the item has been shipped.
