  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or original.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.

Return Information:

  • Accept of Returns: We do accept returns from Australia.
  • Return Methods: Customers can return products by mail.
  • Return Labels: Return labels are provided for defective products. For customer remorse, the label is included in the box.
  • Return Period: Customers have 30 days to return a product in new, unused condition.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping Cost: For defective products, return shipping is free. For customer remorse, there is no return shipping cost.

Refund And Exchange Policy:

Damaged Or Faulty Items:

  • Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and holes present before use.
  • Address and product variant changes after shipping cannot be accommodated or refunded.
